Dolly: Gose aux Algues
This lightly salted beer with Atlantic Wakamé seaweed (Ocean of Flavors) pays tribute to the "sea cowboy," Mike Birch, the first winner of the Route du Rhum and a regular competitor in the Québec–Saint-Malo transatlantic race.
In honor of his mother, he named his last sailboat Dolly, which often sailed the waters of Gaspésie.
