Straw-colored and roughly filtered, with a fairly persistent head, this beer’s sweetness and light malt body allow the bitterness to shine through.
Dry-hopped with a generous amount of aromatic hops, it has a refreshing character.
100% Beauceronne – the barley comes from the fields of our brewing farm, malted by Caux-Laflamme Malting in Saint-Narcisse-de-Beaurivage, and the hops are from the Houblon des Jarrets Noirs farm in St-Bernard. The name Colla-Beauce, a blend of “Collaboration” and “Beauce,” reflects a 100% local beer.
