Fort

Fort is a New England Pale Ale brewed in collaboration with our neighbors at La Souche.

Designed around thiol precursors and biotransformation, this beer showcases innovative techniques such as mash hopping with NZ Cascade from the 2025 harvest.

We fermented it with a thiolizing yeast, enriched for the occasion with sauvignon blanc grape skin powder (Aroma Glow) as well as an addition of riesling must during fermentation.
