Festbier - Oktoberfest
Here is the second of our Oktoberfest beers: the Festbier, a beer served (in very large quantities) during Munich's Oktoberfest.
A slightly amber lager at 5.9%, with soft notes of caramel and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops.
A special thanks to the brewers at BLOCKBRÄU in Hamburg for validating our procedures and allowing us to reach this result. Dankeschön!
