Dunkelweizen

Dunkelweizen is a traditional German brown beer, an Ale, brewed with a certain amount of malted and roasted wheat.

That's exactly what the word means: "Dunkel" being "dark" and "weizen" being "wheat".

A dark and bewitching beer with notes of toasted banana bread.

On the nose, we immediately feel a fruity side, banana, vanilla.

Very pleasant.

Then in the mouth, the wheat takes hold of our taste buds, it gives the impression of a banana bread and liquid chocolate.

We also taste a little toasted side.

The bubbles and the low percentage of alcohol make it very drinkable!
