We are happy to introduce Des Cèdres to you today — which is, in fact, our Ten Falls rebranded and with a very slight increase in hops.
We chose this version from our extensive portfolio because, in our opinion, it represents the most faithful interpretation of the style.
It features Cashmere (50%), Centennial (30%), and Chinook (20%) hops, with the latter two sourced locally from Houblonnière Lupuline.
