Coupe à Blanc
La Coupe à Blanc is a German-inspired Hefeweizen brewed to offer our most sincere condolences to clearcutting—the process by which all trees in a stand are logged completely flat.
It reduces biodiversity and destroys habitat for forest species, all while promoting runoff, erosion, and the sedimentation of lakes and streams.
This beer stands out with aromas of clove and banana, typical of traditional German yeast. In addition to offering a deeply fruity nose, it features a rich wheat flavor and a low bitterness that makes it ultra-refreshing.
