Alsatian-style pilsner
Our first collab ever was with one of the Quebecs best lager breweries and some of the absolute best folks around, Herman. It was aptly named Noví Prátelé ( new friends in Czech), so there was no doubt in our mine that we needed to brew a beer for our first anniversary.
We will forever be thankful that they included us when we were only a few months old. They helped us reach clients that loved and respect lagers as much as we do, and gain respect in the brewing world.
We thought the name Coude à Coude would be a fitting. Who knows what the next one with be called? Maybe down the line we will get to call one old friends.
Tasting notes: Thyme, light minerality, a pleasant honey like character from the malts.
