Introducing Contact / Swenson Blanc, a 5.5% saison aged for one year in oak barrels on Swenson grape pomace from Les Collines vineyard.
Brewery notes: The Swenson grape variety leads the aroma with notes of citrus and honey. The beer is light-bodied and well carbonated, with nuances of highly floral honey and grapefruit.
The finish is slightly “funky” (refermented with Brettanomyces), gently tart, with subtle oak and vanilla notes from the barrel.
