For this DIPA, we worked with a magnificent New Zealand trio: Peacharine, Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka.
The result is beautifully velvety, intensely aromatic and completely captivating. The three hops come together wonderfully in a symphony of exotic fruit, hoppy sap and juicy freshness.
A rich, smooth and characterful DIPA — brewed among friends, far from dull corporate meetings, but with plenty of seriousness in the glass.
