Made with Cascade and Centennial hops from Quebec.

Apple Varieties: McIntosh, Honeycrisp, Cortland, Empire.

A very dry sparkling cider that has been macerated with hops after fermentation to enhance its unique taste and aroma profile.

After aging for a few months on its lees, this cider is then filtered and bottled for your enjoyment!

Serve chilled between 5°C and 7°C.

Perfect for sharing with family or friends.

Pairs very well with grilled chicken, seafood, and Asian dishes.
