Aged for 5 months in bottle to achieve a nice creaminess alongside sharp acidity.
Aromatically, it is very close to fresh fruit, and the fragrant character of the plum is immediately recognizable.
This is a natural sparkling cider without sulfites, unfiltered, and with no residual sugar.
