A blend of ciders where strawberries and Gamay pomace from Joyhill were macerated along with honeysuckle berries and Hyslop and Dolgo crabapple ciders aged in barrels.
Low-temperature maceration preserves the crunchiness of the red fruits, while the crabapples and barrels provide the necessary tannins and aromatic depth to create a complex cider.
The aromas fully express themselves in this cuvée, with light carbonation, structured by fine acidity and subtle bitterness.
