Cheval Noir is a Baltic Porter (Black Lager) to which we added 6 kg of cold-infused coffee for 18 hours.
For the coffee, we collaborated with Café Latitude Zéro from Varennes.
The result is a powerful beer with aromas of coffee, cocoa, molasses, and toffee.
