Céleste West

As the name suggests, the hopping is inspired by our classic Céleste, but with the malt, yeast and water profile specific to our West Coast.

We couldn't be more satisfied with the result and believe you will appreciate it just as much.

On the nose, citrus and stone fruit aromas dominate. On the palate, the beer reveals a rather light and well-carbonated body.

The first flavors recall orange and clementine, then give way to softer and rounder notes of peach, apricot, with a subtle touch of passion fruit.

The finish is dry, slightly resinous, marked by persistent bitterness.
