Capitaine Simon (Freestyle Hops)
Collaboration with Freestyle Hops
For the creation of our hopped beers, we largely use products from Freestyle Hops. La Capitaine Simon is our brand-new collaboration with this independent farm from New Zealand and our Canadian representative, Simon.
For the occasion, we are trying Nelson Sauvin Cold-Pressed Hop Juice V2 for the very first time in this magnificent honey NEIPA.
The resulting aromatic profile is completely wild. We also added Nelson Sauvin hops and limequat.
