Captain Nate from Sudden Death Brewing Co. is originally from Quebec and has been living in Germany for several years.
During a recent trip to Lübeck, our brewer Guillaume spent the day with him and his team brewing a collab.
We hit it off right away, and the inspiration followed us all the way back to Sainte-Flavie. Back at the brewery, we created a fully loaded DIPA, extra thick and nicely opaque.
We worked it with Eggers Lily, Rakau, Southern Cross, and Simcoe Dynaboost hops. The result is loaded to the max with ripe peaches, juicy mangoes, and sweet citrus.
