For this anniversary release, we are paying tribute to a movie that defined a whole generation: The Goonies.
Since Ryan from Offscript Brewing shares this same passion for this timeless classic, we just had to dedicate a beer worthy of the name to it.
Introducing WILLY, a 9.2% DIPA inspired by the famous pirate and his legendary treasure.
At the bottom of the chest, we found: Taiheke, Freestyle Nectaron, pESHarine, Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Amplifire Pellets & Nelson Amplifire.
Quite a hop harvest for a beer that is overflowing with riches.
The result is a massive and velvety DIPA exploding with exotic fruits: ripe mango, juicy peach, tropical fruits galore, and a beautiful "dank" depth.
All of it backed by a huge mouthfeel and a hop saturation that fills every corner of the palate.
