We are diving headfirst into the dark side of this week's releases with a brand new Stout recipe that is simple, massive, and terribly effective.

Introducing PAGAILLE, a 10% Sweet Stout brewed with: toasted coconut, Haitian cacao & Java vanilla.

For this beer, we really wanted to push the chocolate forward.

So, we worked with Produits des Îles SA (PISA) cacao, a company that supports and promotes the work of small Haitian producers.

The result? Liquid chocolate.

A rich and velvety texture, wrapped in toasted coconut and a beautiful vanilla roundness that lingers long on the palate.

Decadent, indulgent, and perfectly chaotic… in short, a true PAGAILLE.
