As part of our ALTO series, we’re bringing you this CP version — for Citra and Peacharine — a hoppy duo that brings freshness, fruitiness and plenty of softness.
This IPA focuses on an ultra-smooth texture thanks to a high proportion of oats and a small touch of lactose. The result: a round, creamy and enveloping beer that doesn’t lose any of its aromatic punch.
On the aroma side, Citra brings its bright citrus notes while Peacharine adds a beautiful fruity, juicy and delicate dimension.
The whole thing gives an impression of a citrus popsicle, soft, fresh and perfect for sunny days.
