Bonnet is a New England IPA featuring New Zealand hops Nectaron and Waimea, as well as American hops Citra and Citra Dynaboost, which we continue to explore.
As a reminder, DynaBoost™ from Yakima Chief Hops is a hop extract enriched with oils, specially designed for hot-side use in the whirlpool. This hopping technique gives us a textured beer with aromas of nectarine, passion fruit, and citrus.
