Blanc de Gris

Fermented on Frontenac Gris grape pomace from Vignoble et Cidrerie Coteau St-Paul, this wheat ale aged in neutral barrels brings together the elegance of wine and the expression of beer.

The nose opens with ripe pear, white flowers, candied grape and a hint of oxidative wine character.

On the palate, the broad, lightly tannic texture evokes a maceration-style wine.

The beer is vinous, carried by a gentle acidity and lifted by a fine carbonation, reflecting the delicate meeting of grain and grape.
