A Bohemian Pilsner brewed with the grain bill and hopping of a NEIPA, then fermented with a Bohemian lager yeast.
Collaboration with Down Memory Lane for the release of their new album "Catch and Release."
VISUAL: Slightly orangey blonde. Cloudy with a nice, sticky head.
AROMA: Tropical and cereal nose. Slight sulfur esters.
TASTE: Quite soft on the palate. The hops are fruity and present, but a crisp cereal presence refuses to be intimidated. The finish is mellow yet light.
