Italo-Mexican Pilsner - Collaboration between Poincaré Chinatown & Brasserie du Bas-Canada

For Oktoberfest, we're excited to bring back this wonderful collaborative beer!

Alongside our friends at Poincaré, who are also big fans of lagers and good things in general, we drew inspiration from two brewing traditions.

We crafted a pale lager with a good proportion of corn and added a generous amount of Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saphir hops in cold addition.

The result is a nicely dry Pilsner with very aromatic notes of flowers and dried herbs.
