We’re adding to our series of fruity summer Gose beers this year with Sous le soleil de Bali, featuring mango and passion fruit!
Brewery notes: On the nose, mango dominates, though passion fruit is still noticeable. On the palate, the body of this beer is quite light; acidity and saltiness stand out immediately, followed by coriander, then mango and passion fruit. The sip finishes with a dry ending and lingering acidity.
