Sève is an imperial stout with maple syrup, brewed in collaboration with our friends at Ferme agroforestière des Cantons.
The late-season maple syrup, produced by the same farm and added generously during brewing, brings delicately sweet aromas of maple sugar and caramel to this dark, flavor-rich beer, which also develops notes reminiscent of coffee and cocoa.
