Saison Brett Limette

This saison is the result of a blend of Saison houblonnée aged in white wine barrels and Saison sure houblonnée aged in American red wine barrels with the addition of brettanomyces claussenii yeast.

We also added lime juice. The beer has fruity and funky aromas, supported by lime flavors, but also wild and woody flavors. It is a tart summer beer with a strong personality.
