Brewed in collaboration with Tooth and Nail Brewing (Ottawa, ON).

On the nose, you’ll find aromas of caramelized pear and biscuit.

The mouthfeel is silky and smooth.

Flavor-wise, expect soft caramel, brioche, and the pear-like esters produced during fermentation.

The finish is lightly bitter, with lively carbonation and a pleasant, warming touch of alcohol.
