Peaky Porter

To the nose, we get floral and light fruity aromas from this hop trio, accompanied by a smooth roasted note.

The fruity / citrus side is present at the start of the sip.

The roasting of the malt (bitter chocolate), the hop resin and a slight hint of liquorice then take their place. 

The beer is initially very smooth and silky and then balances itself out perfectly, thanks to a pronounced bitterness.
