Brewery notes: We find the classic West Coast signature on the nose, namely citrus and hop resin. The body of the beer is quite thin, well carbonated.
The Columbus and Nelson Sauvin initially dominate with peppery and green grape notes, then lemon and oranges finish the sip. The finish is rather bitter with a residual citrus zest.
