Lièvre is a thiolized NEIPA, brewed with ingredients that promote thiolyzation—a process that stimulates biotransformation and releases a maximum of tropical aromas.
Hopped with New Zealand cultivars Superdelic, NZ Cascade (in the mash), and Southern Cross, enhanced with Phantasm (Sauvignon Blanc powder), and then fermented with Thiol Theory yeast, it develops vibrant notes of passion fruit and guava.
