Our First Spontaneous Beer Blend
This is the marriage of four of our best barrels, all from 2020, bottled at the end of 2022.
The beer underwent a slow maturation process in the bottle for over a year. Visually, it has a slightly hazy golden hue, topped with a fine, fleeting foam.
On the nose, a first burst of fruit expresses itself, blending notes of lemon, pear, apricot, sesame, and straw. These primary aromas are supported by woody and peppery scents.
On the palate, the impression is smooth, with a mild acidity that invites a second sip. Flavors of ripe fruits develop, notably juicy pears and a hint of peach.
This complexity is enhanced by a touch of vanilla and a fine bubble that accentuates the overall freshness.
