Hop Mist (Mauve)
Introducing Hop Mist Mauve, a new NEIPA generously hopped with Dolcita, Vic Secret, Luminosa and Sultana.
Brewery tasting notes: The Dolcita and Vic Secret duo takes centre stage on the nose, bringing aromas of very ripe peach, caramelized pineapple and passion fruit.
The body is full, round and silky. On the palate, those fruity notes carry through, followed by hints of grapefruit and lemon zest. The finish is smooth and mellow, with lingering fruitiness that stays with you long after each sip.
