Été Sans Fin II
Ever since its initial launch in 2022, we’ve held fond memories of L'été sans fin, a Saison aged in neutral French oak barrels, then re-fermented on local Frontenac Blanc grape pomace (thanks to Les Collines).
We re-brewed it, then let time do its work.
Today, we are proud to present L'été sans fin 2: a new interpretation inspired by the first batch, but offering even greater balance.
Brewery notes:
The beer reveals aromas of tropical fruit, ripe grape, and a delicate touch of oak.
Dry, complex, and amazingly refreshing, it finishes on an elegant note where the oak, fruit, and light acidity balance each other beautifully.
