We're back with a new version of our Espresso Corsé. Located in St-Ours-Sur-Richelieu, Wiltor Café is proudly run by two passionate individuals, Sébastien and Karlyne.

A visit to their place convinced us, and we decided to select one of their coffees for our Espresso Corsé.
By doing a cold conditioning with their Antidote 2.0 coffee—a blend of Nicaraguan and Brazilian beans with a medium roast—we chose to take a gentler approach, aiming to highlight the coffee profile above all.
This results in a slightly less intense version where the true flavor of the coffee bean comes through, with notes of nougat, dark brown sugar, and nut butter.
