Conjecture #2

With the feedback we received last year on this beautiful Pilsner, we had no choice but to brew it again.

We have made the wood character a bit more discreet by choosing a darker roast and using a smaller quantity for a longer maceration on oak cubes.

The result is a delectable pilsner with a light accent on wood tannins, perfectly balanced by the soft bitterness of Lorien hops.
