Imperial Gose aged 18 months in Tequila barrels with added prickly pear.

This is an Imperial Gose that spent 18 months in freshly emptied Reposado Tequila barrels.

Once emptied from the barrels, it was transferred to the fermenter onto a bed of prickly pear puree, which gives it this vibrant orange hue.

The result is truly complex: the tequila aromas blend seamlessly with the fruit, leading into a very subtle saline finish.
