Pastry Stout - Chocolate, Marshmallow, and Vanilla
Here is the 3rd iteration of our Boson. A sweet/dessert stout in which we added a large amount of Ghanaian cacao nibs, marshmallows, and vanilla to balance everything. It reveals a rich chocolate flavor with notes of candied fruit and raisins.
The subtle marshmallow is complemented by vanilla aromas. The Boson range is designed as a nice after-meal beer for indulging. Although it replaces dessert, it surprises with its great drinkability and the well-balanced interplay between roasted grains and sugar. Two sips are enough to win you over!
