Blend of mixed-fermentation beers aged in neutral barrels, with a maceration of red raspberries (thanks Karine, the neighbor!).

Fruity, juicy, and downright indulgent, Carmina is all about immediate pleasure without going over the top. The acidity is bright and expressive, balancing an intensely fruit-forward profile packed with raspberry coulis and candy-like flavors. Jolly Rancher, anyone?

The appearance showcases a vibrant, deep red hue that immediately signals the exuberance of the fruit. The palate is full and lively, carried by fine carbonation that enhances both the freshness and thirst-quenching character. A tangy, lingering, and addictive finish; the kind of beer that makes you want another sip before you've even finished the last one.

Here too, gently resuspending the lees greatly enhances the tasting experience.
