Nano Cinco x EXP Artisan Brewer
To celebrate our 730 days of existence, we collaborated with our friends from Val-Bélair, EXP Artisan Brewer. Like us, they opened in 2024 after several years of homebrewing experimentation and are passionate about crafting IPAs.
That’s why, after 730 days, we decided to brew a New England IPA and showcase our expertise with this style. To step away from the usual paths, as we like to do, we decided to incorporate a large amount of wheat in various forms (raw, malted, and flaked) to provide a body that is both silky and light.
The beer was hopped with the quintessential New Zealand cultivar, Nelson Sauvin, as well as a huge amount of Nectaron, a new cultivar that both our breweries particularly love, bringing notes of nectarine and citrus to this little nectar.
