This beer is a great collaboration with a local farm (A.B. Champagne).
100% of the barley was malted into English-style Pale Ale malt by Innomalt; it is used here simply, without any gimmicks, with a light touch of Québec-grown Goldings hops from Duke 25.
A Brume yeast strain from Le Labo (fermented cool) makes the malt pop like nothing else.
It’s a beautiful, unpretentious summer thirst-quencher.
