Signature Aromas:
Caramel, orange, cinnamon, chicory, coriander, fennel, star anise, gentian.
Made as they used to, when there was time, our amaro follows Italian tradition and is inspired by Averna, a citrus amaro produced for generations in Sicily.
French chicory adds notes of coffee and cola, while our long orange maceration offers an oily and bold texture.
In the background, roasted spices bring hints of cinnamon and anise supported by the bitterness of gentian.
How to Use It?
- On the rocks with a citrus zest.
- With sparkling water (you’ll feel like you’re drinking cola with orange notes).
- In an Espresso & Tonic.
- With tonic or cola.
- Replace the Aperitif or Italian Bitter in Negronis, Spritzes, and Boulevardiers. It transforms these classic aperitif cocktails into exceptional digestifs.
