Alvéole is a New England IPA brewed with the excellent honey from Les Ruchers LeCam, a beer we originally brewed under contract over 2 years ago.
The addition of honey creates a harmonious blend with the American hops Citra Cryo and Simcoe, and the Australian varieties Galaxy and Vic Secret. It reveals powerful aromas of passion fruit, ripe pineapple, and fresh citrus.
