Blend of mixed-fermentation beers aged in neutral barrels, with a maceration of organic yellow raspberries (thanks to Ferme Aux P'tits Fruits!).
A dry beer with balanced acidity and soft tannins, Anne is carried by lively carbonation that supports the fruit-driven profile and floral notes without ever weighing it down. The appearance shines with a springtime yellow hue, crowned by a persistent head.
The finish is long and focused, marked by a luscious fruity freshness. Alongside the raspberry are notes of apricot and ground cherry. As is often the case, we highly recommend gently resuspending the lees for an enhanced sensory experience.
