The Riesling Wine Ale from Brasserie LEFOL is a strong blended beer aged in barrels of various white wines, then macerated on Riesling grape pomace from Vignoble Ste-Pétronille.

It’s a fruity beer with great complexity, refreshing acidity, and highlights typical white wine notes of pears and green grapes.
