When we contacted Eloi from Brasserie Dunham, it was to find out if it was a good idea to start making real Saison with diastatic yeasts. His answer to what was awaiting us: Nothing but Pleasure!
So we started brewing traditional Saison in 2026. We had to do a collab, because Dunham, well, it’s not only the reference, but they’re also good Jacks and friends.
So Eloi came to see us with Dunham’s house blend of yeasts in order to brew the Que du Plaisir!
It’s dry, it’s mineral, it’s floral, it pops and it’s very refreshing.
