Le Dernier des Mojitos
Inspired by the Mojito, this Berliner Weisse was crafted by the team of "Tétro Sublime" (Philippe Gamelin and Stéphane Tonnerre) as part of the "Brew your beer in a brewery" contest by Baron Mag in collaboration with LABAQ.
This beer presents a beautiful hazy yellow hue.
It opens up to us with inviting aromas of peppermint, followed by a lovely fruity and tangy presence from the lime.
On the palate, it starts with a pleasant and assertive acidity, which extends into lime flavors, complemented by a refreshing mintiness, truly quenching the thirst!
As it is a beer containing a good proportion of wheat and residual sugar, it offers a rounded texture that balances the whole composition.
In short, it's like enjoying a delicious Mojito with the characteristic texture of a beer. A perfect accompaniment for the terrace.
