The project consisted of brewing two versions of a Double IPA: one with mid-season Nelson Sauvin and the other with a late-harvest, in order to explore the different flavors a single hop can offer.
This version is brewed with late-harvest Nelson Sauvin, bringing more herbal (dank) notes, along with pink grapefruit, tropical fruits, and resin (cannabis).
