Série Biergarten 4-Pack Collaboratif
Here are 4 beers we’ve carefully crafted over the past few months for our Biergarten Series, in collaboration with four of the most inspiring breweries around.
?????????????? ?? ???????? ???? ??????????
Since day one, Isle de garde has been brewing European styles at a very high level. So we were surprised to learn that they had never brewed an Altbier, the classic amber ale from Düsseldorf, Germany. Our version brings notes of toasted bread and caramel, paired with a lovely floral character from the hops. Long cold-conditioned and deeply satisfying, it’ll appeal just as much to lager lovers as it will to fans of amber ales.

???????????????????? ?? ??????????¨??
We combined our shared love of Franconian-style lagers to create this rustic Kellerbier that’s downright hard to put down. In Bavaria, every village brewery has its own way of doing things, and this one is no exception. A shorter lagering period and Hallertau hops give it a bright, fresh character. Light on its feet but full of flavour, it offers notes of fresh bread, biscuit and a touch of nuttiness in the background.

Inspired by the famous Märzen from Augustiner Bräu Mülln, this beer combines the best of an amber lager with its paler, lighter German cousins. Its orange-amber colour and generous foam take us straight to a biergarten in Salzburg. Hopped with Mittelfrüh, it offers notes of toasted bread crust, freshly cut grass and a touch of honey. Full-bodied without being too rich. Perfect for Oktoberfest season.

Using L’Amère à Boire’s house lager yeast, we created a simple and elegant take on a classic European Pilsner, drawing on the best of Czech and German brewing traditions. Hopped with Saaz and Hallertau, it offers beautiful floral and herbal notes, along with fresh-bread character from floor-malted barley. A dry finish rounds it all out for a seriously easy-drinking beer.
