After 5 years, here it is at last — Révérence, our Belgian-style Witbier brewed with orange peel and coriander.
We've been fine-tuning this recipe for 7 years now, and since it's meant as a tribute to one of our favorite breweries (if not the favorite), we took great care in perfecting every detail before introducing it.

On the nose, you’ll immediately recognize the signature aromas of the style: clove from the yeast, citrus, and coriander.
On the palate, the beer is fairly light-bodied and refreshing. Flavor-wise, clove, banana, and bubblegum notes (produced by the yeast) come through initially.
The finish brings orange zest with a very mild bitterness.
